Recipe Review: Petite Turkey Meatloaves

  • 1/2 small onion, minced (I used onion flakes)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (I used extra virgin)
  • 1.3 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. ketchup + 2 T
  • 2 tsp worcesterchire sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Saute onion on low until transparent.  Mix all ingredients (except worcesterchire sauce and 2 T of ketchup) in a bowl.  Form them into 4 small loaves (or you could make it into one larger loaf) on a baking pan.

Mix remaining ketchup and sauce and brush onto each loaf (no need for ketchup when it’s done cooking!).

Bake for 40 minutes.  Eat and enjoy.

So it may not look appetizing, but it's delish - promise!
