Weigh-in Wednesday

I realize it’s Thursday…night.  At least I remembered!

Results from this week were positive – YAY!  I was unsure when I started tracking 40 points.  That’s a LOT.  Well, some days that seems like a lot, other days it seems like it’s so easy to eat that much.

Last Week: +17.8

This Week: -1.4

Total Loss: -4.6

16.4 until I’m at goal!

This past week it’s been a little busier than usual.  We finally managed to sell our house (six months on the market – YAY for no more mortgage payment!), had to move all the remaining staging stuff out and into a storage unit, had to travel to close on the house, and somehow I wasn’t able to manage any workouts this past week (until tonight).

This week’s goal: Work out at least 2 more times with interval type workouts and also run twice.  Soon I’ll let you in on my fitness goals for next year…
