So, apparently I need to change my weigh-in day…because I can never remember to weigh in on Wednesdays until about mid-day, which throws everything off. And this week I worked a couple more Weight Watchers meetings, so that changed plans even more. I thought I could weigh-in Friday, but then that might mess up any results I see next week, so it’s just gonna be a skipped week.
In other news? My extremely good napper, is taking hour long naps now, so it’s next to impossible to get anything done. Trying to fit workouts in around nursing and naps is…somewhat of a challenge. I have downloaded a 10k app that I plan to start tomorrow.
