Oh, when the weather outside is frightful…okay, so maybe not frightful – but it’s been dang cold.
Even when it’s just a little chilly outside I like to get out my favorite new hot cocoa recipe and drink entirely too much of it. It’s awesome.
- 2 cups Nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup Non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. Salt (oops – didn’t put this in the picture)
- Sweetener (whatever you prefer)
Directions: I mix the dry ingredients together (minus the sweetener) and then when I want some I take 1/4 cup of the mix and add about 2 tsp. of my sweetener of choice (which lately has been the above pictured truvia). 1/4 cup of the mix will make you a BIG ‘OL cup of the stuff though – you’ll need to warm up 2 cups of water. But then again, I’m a bit obsessed with the
stuff best drink ever.
